Taste is intended for inspiration, research, and personal or professional reference — not for resale or commercial redistribution of featured materials.

2.1 Subscriptions

• Membership is offered on a recurring subscription basis and is billed monthly through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy.
• Your subscription will automatically renew each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal.

2.2 Account Access

• You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Sharing your account, login information, or any downloaded or copied content with non-subscribers is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Cancellations

• You can cancel your membership anytime — it’s quick and easy. Just go to your Taste account and click “Manage My Subscription”. This will take you to the same Lemon Squeezy portal where you purchased your membership. Sign in using the email linked to your Taste account, and click “Cancel Subscription” — and that’s it.
• You can also cancel directly from your Lemon Squeezy account, where all your active memberships are stored. We keep everything transparent and easy to find — no hidden steps, no hassle.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

2.4 No Refunds

• Due to the digital nature of our product, all payments are final. We do not provide refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements for any reason — including unused membership time, unaccessed content, or dissatisfaction with the service.

3.1 Third-Party Brand Content

All brand visuals featured on Taste — including logos, packaging, photography, campaigns, and other branded assets — remain the sole intellectual property of their respective owners. We do not claim ownership over any of these materials.

These assets are showcased solely for educational, editorial, and promotional purposes to highlight real-world branding practices, inspire thoughtful design, and connect our members with exceptional brands.

Every brand featured on Taste is credited with direct links to their official website and/or social media channels within the Taste library. While our homepage and social media channels may showcase visuals from brands in our library without visible credits — to encourage discovery within the platform — all featured brands are fully credited inside the member experience.

Taste exists to celebrate and promote exceptional branding — never to appropriate it. We feature brands with the intention of giving them visibility and encouraging discovery. We highly respect the creative and commercial rights of all brands we feature, and we are happy to address any concerns regarding usage or attribution. Please contact us directly for such inquiries.

3.2 Taste Original Works

The selection, curation, categorization, written analysis, visual arrangement, and platform experience — including our Taste Types™ system, brand insights, art direction breakdowns, filtering tools, and editorial features — are the original intellectual property of Taste.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, scraping, or commercial use of any Taste-created content, structure, or platform elements is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

You may use Taste’s content solely for:

• Personal reference.
• Professional inspiration or research within your own creative practice.

You may not:

• Download, scrape, or archive large portions of the platform.
• Remove brand credits or alter content for redistribution.
• Use any content for direct commercial resale or claim ownership over materials you did not create.

You agree not to:

• Share, sell, or license your account or any Taste materials to third parties.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to access or copy content.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the functionality, security, or integrity of Taste.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or misused the service. Termination does not entitle you to any refund.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of Taste after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

• Taste is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• We make no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.
